• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery time: 3-7 days on average (exceptions: Australia, NZ, Asia can take longer)

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided with every order.

• Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.

• Origin: All orders are shipped from our studio in Europe.

• Customs: all tariffs and customs duties are pre-paid by us. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
